About CPSG

The Comparative Politics Student Group (CPSG) brings together students and specialists within the University of Toronto from across disciplines who are interested in engaging in the comparative study of politics and society. Our objectives are to hold seminar series’, workshops, and conferences aimed at regional studies of comparative politics in order to both produce and disseminate information and research, whether primary studies or syntheses. We aim to invite speakers from other schools and departments, and to forge collaboration among students and faculty at the University of Toronto. The goal of the CPSG is to foster interdisciplinary interaction and collaboration for the purpose of breaking down artificial disciplinary boundaries and fostering more holistic scholarship.
